Do I need to purchase the control units with the headlight?

This depends on whether or not your control units have been damaged, if your headlight is not illuminating, this is a sign you may need to control units as well.

How can I check to see what headlight is correct for my vehicle?

The part number on my headlight is different to the one on the website but they look the same?

This is very normal, part numbers changed periodically, the number on your headlight would be a preceded part number, the part number we would supply would be the latest superseded number, this would also be the same part number your local main dealer would supply.

What are the controls units on a headlight?

Control units on an LED to Xenon headlight (also known as ballasts or modules) are essential electronic components that manage and regulate the operation of the lighting system. These units ensure proper function, performance, and communication between the headlight and the vehicle’s onboard systems.

How do I return an order?

Simply email our after sales team at aftersales@germanparts.co.uk with your order number and they will handle your return for you.

How long is delivery?

Depending on weather or not a product is in stock in our UK warehouse delivery times may differ, products in our UK warehouse take 24hrs to delivered after dispatch, if a product needs to come from our Germany branch we estimate 5 to 7 working days for you to receive your order.

Do you ship outside of the U.K?

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can check your estimated shipping price at checkout or contact us.

My item says it's been dispatched, how can I track it?

Check your emails for an automated email from our system. This will include a link to track your item. If you cannot see the email, get in contact using the information above.
