REFUNDS, RETURNS & WARRANTY
GERMAN PARTS is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon returning your order.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All returns must be delivered to us within 28 days from the date of delivery.

All clearance items are exempt from returns for businesses and consumers outside of their 14 day 'cooling off period'.

All items must be sent back to us in their original condition failing to do so means the return will not be accepted.

Please note that we charge a restocking fee of 20% and the original delivery charge for returns for businesses and for consumers outside of their 14 day 'cooling off period’
- If you have changed your mind about an order or no longer require the part and wish to return it for these reasons a 20% restocking fee will be charged, this applies to businesses and consumers

The original delivery charge will not be refunded for businesses or consumers.

Any return which has exceeded 28 days will not be accepted, if the product is sent regardless of this information the customer must then arrange collection from our store within 7 days if they would like to receive their item back.

All clearance items are exempt from returns; you are purchasing the product with the understanding it cannot be returned.

All orders placed during a sale are only valid for exchange not return no refund will be given for sale items

Any pre-orders cancelled are subject to a 20% cancellation fee this only applies to consumers, business customers will receive a credit note
- If you have purchased an item during a promotional sale it is not returnable, either a replacement will be supplied or a credit note
REFUNDS
- Please allow up to 48hrs for our return department to check over your return before actioning a refund

It may take up to 10 working days from the time of arrival for the return to be refunded.
- All refunds paid by card are subject to card processing refund timeframes, this can be up to 10 banking days for your refund to show in your account

All cancelled orders are subject to transaction fees, we do not refund this fee, this fee may vary depending on the value of the transaction
WARRANTY

If the goods have been damaged while in the customer’s possession or by the repairing garage this will void any warranty and we would not accept the return

We do not cover labour charges, if we have supplied something incorrectly or your order has been damaged in transit we offer and full refund or replacement

Our headlight warranty covers the following - led bulb failure, control module failure, internal electronic failure we do not cover mechanical damages, consumable parts (halogen or xenon bulbs) or accidental damages i.e damages caused by the customer or other parties

Headlights fitted by a third party garage are responsible for inspecting the unit pre installation and afterwards, we do not cover their work

All headlights must be installed and fitted by an approved garage using the correct software, failure to do this will result in a voided warranty

All warranty claims are subject to inspection if started longer than 30 days from after receiving the goods
